*TRUTH accepts returns on: unworn, unwashed, full price merchandise with original tags attached for store credit only. Return package(s) must be postmarked within 7 days of original customer receipt and delivery confirmation date.
NOT applicable for returns: TRUTH brand merchandise (excluding apparel), TRUTH Custom pieces, sale and discounted merchandise, accessories, bodysuits, swimwear, intimates, jewelry, shoes and cosmetic/beauty products.
NOTE: You have 48 hours within delivery confirmation date to claim a defect on any items listed as "not applicable for return" to receive a refund due to damage or defect.

To make a return please follow the next steps carefully.
Fill out TRUTH Return Authorization Form completely; ensuring all mandatory fields are filled out. (email: firstname.lastname@example.org for return authorization form)
Safely enclose return item(s) in shipping package of your choice. Be sure to include complete Return Authorization Form, as we will not accept any returns without it. Seal your package and affix with shipping label of your choice. Then simply drop your package off at official location of specified carrier.
Note: When using your own shipping label TRUTH strongly recommends using delivery confirmation on your return package, as we will not be held liable for any lost, damaged, or late return packages.
Note: TRUTH is NOT responsible for return shipping charges.
All returns will be processed within 14 business days upon receipt of return package to TRUTH website fulfillment center.
FINAL NOTE: Original shipping and handling fees are non refundable. All lost, damaged or late return shipments will be sent back to customer via ground shipping and not applicable for further returns.
- Store Credit can only be used online at www.shoptruthonline.com
- Store Credit cannot be transferred to another person or account.
- Please treat Store Credit like cash.
- Store Credit may not be purchased and is only provided when previously purchased items have been returned and you have selected "Store Credit" as the refund method.
- Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the Store Credit will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due.
- Store credit never expires.
- Store credit is provided in U.S. Dollars.
