We only ship to locations in the United States.

No International Shipping.


Before we dispatch your order, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer.

Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 72 business hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse. Please note: any orders placed on Saturdays will not be shipped until Monday. The cut-off time for all expedited shipping services (including overnight and 2-3 day express) is 12 PM CST. Orders placed after 12 PM CST that ship overnight or express may not be processed the same day. Please allow 7 business days for TRUTH Custom pieces to be dispatched. 

ONCE A ORDER IS PLACED IT CAN NOT BE CANCELLED FOR ANY REASON! ONLY A STORE CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED IF A ITEM AND/OR ITEMS NEED TO BE CHANGED!

Please allow up to 14 business days to receive your order. 

Arrival time with shipping is not guaranteed. For guaranteed arrival time, please email us directly at info@shoptruthonline.com to purchase an upgraded shipping option for an additional charge.

INSURANCE
TRUTH insures each purchase over $50 during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please email customer service at info@shoptruthonline.com within 48 hours of purchase.

LOST / STOLEN / NOT RECEIVED ITEMS
Once your package has been shipped, a valid tracking number will be provided to you via email.  You may check your packages journey until it is delivered to your door step.  For if ANY reason your package does not make it or is stolen/ lost in transit TRUTH is not responsible.  Once a package shows it has been scanned in to the Carrier's system the responsibility then lies on them to care for and deliver your merchandise. If you do not receive your merchandise or miss the delivery please contact the carrier and provide them with the tracking number that was provided to you and they will further assist you in retrieving your merchandise or filing a claim.
